Identified

Microsoft are experiencing a problem with mail delivery that is affecting sites world wide, including Aberystwyth University. Microsoft have acknowledged the problem and they are working on a fix.

It's not affecting many users (less than 50 mails so far), but it is happening.

We have implemented a local fix, but it has a high probability of breaking until Microsoft resolve the issue, so we are leaving the status as "Identified".
