Resolved

The majority of issues with access to Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint sites have now been resolved. We are aware of a few isolated cases where site access is still impacted and are continuing to work through these. If you are still affected, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Investigating

We are investigating reports of staff being unable to access some Teams and SharePoint resources following the issues from 15th August. If you are unable to access resources you had access to prior to the 15th, please contact the IT Service Desk.
