Power automate connector issues impacting emails from Microsoft Forms

We are aware of an issue with Microsoft Power Automate where the email connector is not functioning and attempts to reconnect are failing. Microsoft Forms that use Power Automate to send emails of form submissions are still collecting data but emails are not being sent.

If you usually monitor emails from Microsoft Forms, please check the form directly to see if there are any new submissions that have not been emailed to you.

Microsoft have stated that this issue is now resolved, but users are still encountering issues and we have reported this to Microsoft. We will provide updates here when the issue has been fully resolved.
