Issues with logging in to printers using Aber Cards have been resolved. Student printing is now available following the implementation of a temporary solution while we work with our service provider to fully resolve the issue.

Anyone experiencing issues logging in to a printer using their Aber Card can log in using their username and password instead. Student printing remains unavailable. Students requiring urgent printing can contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.

Printing services have been partially restored for staff. Issues affecting student printing and staff printing using personal credit remain under investigation. Further updates will be provided when available.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting student printing and staff printing using personal credit. Departmental staff printing remains available and is unaffected.
